The Malmesbury Package provides a great space for a modest sized celebration in our 10m x 21m Sailcloth. To keep flexibility on both budget and space, it includes only the essentials, woven matting and simple lighting.

This Package is designed to cover a summer drinks party for up to 110-120 guests in two tipis joined together. With a large bar at one end and only a couple of tables the other, most of the space is dedicated to standing and chatting, rather than sitting. This, along with both sides of the tipi being wide open, makes it a very flexible event space.

The Churchill Package provides a bright, open space for a medium-sized celebration using our 14m × 19m Sailcloth Tent. Almost as wide as it is long, this tent has beautifully balanced proportions that feel generous without feeling too vast.

Two tipis work really well for weddings of between 60-80 guests. One tipi will host the wedding breakfast and the other doubling up as a daytime reception area (if it's raining) and an evening party space. The all important bar is then situated between the two tipis.

This two-tipi layout uses round tables to create a refined, sociable setting for your wedding breakfast or celebration. It comfortably seats 56 guests (eight per table) or up to 70 (ten per table) within one half of the structure.

This 10m × 21m Sailcloth layout uses half the space for dining and half for a dance floor and bar area. Perfect for weddings and parties of around 60–80 guests, it feels bright, open and effortlessly sociable from day to night.

The Farleigh Sailcloth Package is the Sailcloth alternative to our very popular Sapperton Tipi Package – think New England nautical rather than Scandi wilderness.

The Lacock Package offers a dedicated dining space for just over 120 guests inside our 14m × 19m Sailcloth Tent, with eight guests seated at each table. It’s a great fit for a wedding breakfast, a large garden party or a milestone celebration.

The Southrop Package provides a bright, open space for a larger celebration using our 14m × 26m Sailcloth Tent. The extended length offers generous proportions that remain well balanced, making it ideal for events that need lots of space. It comfortably dines 120–140 guests for a wedding or celebration, and can accommodate over 300 standing guests for a celebration where guests will be standing/dancing.

This two-tipi set-up provides a compact party space for approximately 100 guests to dine and dance. Without the need for a dedicated drinks reception area, tables are set up on the dance floor and can be cleared away after dining to make way for dancing.

The Kemble Package offers a bright, open space for a larger celebration using our 10m × 28m Sailcloth Tent. This layout includes ten round tables of ten, a spacious dance floor and a bar area, creating a natural flow between dining and evening celebrations.

The Sapperton is the most popular three-tipi wedding Package. It covers the average number of wedding guests (100-120) and provides a space that feels wide open in the daytime, but cosy and atmospheric in the evening.

This is a great set-up for 120–150 guests, using our 14m × 26m Sailcloth Tent. Round tables of ten create a comfortable, sociable dining layout, with generous space around each table.

Using our 14m x 26m Sailcloth Tent, you won’t find a more exciting layout for a 140-guest dinner party or wedding. Guests are seated in straight rows, with people at the ends of each row, creating a structured, sociable dining arrangement. After dinner, the Iford set-up becomes a pure party tent, with a clear route from the circular bar straight onto the dance floor.

If your guest list spirals, look no further than our Highclere Sailcloth Package, which uses the 14m × 32m tent. Comfortably seating 160 and cosily seating 200 guests, this set-up offers a generous, light and airy space with plenty of room for socialising, feasting and dancing.

Four tipis in a diamond formation is a stunning tipi construction that won't fail to impress your guests. Great in any weather and for any occasion, the Cotswold suits a larger gathering, 140-160 people for a celebration.

This is one of our favourite tipi formations. It covers a large number of guests and its five-tipi horseshoe shape means that the wedding can have a central outdoor area surrounded by the tipis.

Often referred to as "The Doughnut", this formation is far more impressive than its name suggests. What's so special, other than its size, is the open-air courtyard that's created in the centre of the six tipis. It means wherever you are in the tent, you are always close to the outdoors and as the openings all face inwards, it's unlikely that the sides would have to be closed down due to bad weather.
